Every order is handled with love and care. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to process, pack, and prepare your order for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We are thrilled to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location. (Please note that during peak holiday seasons, shipping carriers may experience slight delays).
3. Tracking Your Little Package
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking number. You can use this link to follow your package's journey right to your doorstep! Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
4. Receiving Multiple Packages
To bring you the best variety of high-quality products, we partner with several carefully selected manufacturers. Because of this, if you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on slightly different days. Don't worry if everything doesn't arrive all at once—the rest of your order is safely on its way!
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We want to make sure your items reach you without any hiccups. ComfyMom cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, please email us immediately, and we’ll do our best to fix it before it ships.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
While we cannot control the package once it is in the hands of the shipping carrier, your peace of mind is our priority. If your tracking shows as "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check around your porch or with neighbors. If it’s still missing, reach out to us and we will help you navigate the next steps.
